Lukoko Primary School reduces educational exclusion by bringing schooling closer to rural households. Like many schools in Liuwa, it requires improved facilities and accommodation to attract and retain qualified teachers. however, Government Commitment to schools such as Lukoko are part of Zambia’s broader effort to use the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to expand rural infrastructure and strengthen education standards.
