Luola Secondary School in Liuwa Constituency, Kalabo District, Western Province, Zambia, recently received major infrastructure upgrades including five staff houses, a 1×3 classroom block, and a nearly completed pupils’ dormitory, all funded by the Government of Zambia through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and World Bank support.
