Mulinga Primary School is a rural community-based institution located in Sishekanu Ward, Liuwa Constituency, Kalabo District, Western Province, Zambia. It provides essential primary education to children across the Liuwa plains, where schools are scarce and distances between villages are long. In 2024, Mulinga Primary School benefited from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) through the construction of a 1×2 classroom block at a cost of ZMW 471,632.77.
